Intravo Corp is dedicated to making spoken and written communication accessible to everyone in the room. This commitment begins with our software, website, and attendee players. We actively engineer our interfaces to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA criteria.
2. Design & Technical Goals

Full Keyboard Control
Every link, interactive control, dialog, and language switcher is fully operable via standard keyboard commands.
Reduced Motion
Strict respect for prefers-reduced-motion: background marquees, looping animations, and animated transitions turn off completely.
RTL & 8 Languages
Built-in language switcher supports right-to-left layout direction (dir="rtl" for Arabic) with mirrored navigation and alignment.
3. Website Accessibility Features

Specific technical measures incorporated into our marketing and web interfaces include:
- Skip to content: A visible, keyboard-accessible skip link at the top of every page bypasses navigation headers directly to the main content area.
- High contrast typography: All body copy and headings maintain a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against backgrounds. Brand accent tokens like Galactic #87C9AB and Lavender/300 #E0BDEA are strictly prohibited as text on light grounds.
- Touch targets: All interactive buttons, links, form inputs, and language options have minimum touch target dimensions of 44×44 pixels.
- Focus indicators: Clearly visible focus rings (using high-contrast Galactic 300 outlines with 2px offset) indicate keyboard focus on active controls.
- Semantic markup: Real

4. Accessibility in the Physical Room

Beyond our digital interfaces, Intravo was designed from day one to accommodate participants with diverse auditory and physical needs:
- Full-screen projector captions: Organizers can project live captions onto room screens with high-contrast text and a join QR code, assisting attendees with hearing loss without requiring individual devices.
- Radio check-out kiosk: Physical headset radios can be distributed via a localized kiosk supporting 31 languages, allowing attendees who do not own smartphones to access live audio.
- Lock-screen and widget audio: Mobile listeners can play interpretation with the screen off or via assistive background audio controls.
