Read sources & scope

One professional setup. Voices from the room and online.

Bring the meeting audio into Intravo from the source that suits the event. Use house microphones for in-room questions, system audio for virtual speakers, or a network programme feed from your production team.

House microphones for the room

A handheld, lectern or panel microphone lets the AV team manage levels and speaking turns. A close microphone helps separate the voice from room noise; the house mixer sends that feed to both the room sound system and interpretation. Audience questions need no attendee app.

Presenter or Q&A mic → house mixer → audio interface → Intravo

Virtual questions are welcome

Remote speakers and audience questions on Intravo's virtual platform can enter interpretation through system audio. The platform manages who speaks; Intravo captures the selected computer playback feed and interprets that audio for the enabled languages.

Virtual speaker → meeting audio → system audio capture → Intravo

Production feeds come straight in

Choose built-in NDI reception or a network feed using RTMP/RTMPS, SRT, RTSP or HTTP/HLS. The programme audio can supply interpretation alongside the picture. Microphone and system-audio input remain available source choices.

NDI or network programme → selected source audio → Intravo

Send each language where it belongs.

  • People and headsetsBrowser and QR listening, the webcast player, and physical audio outputs for venue listening equipment.
  • NDI broadcastPublish composed programme video with selected floor or language audio and optional captions.
  • External streamsRTMP/RTMPS and SRT outputs with selected audio and captions. Separate RTMP destinations can carry different languages.
  • Google Cast / ChromecastChoose a subtitle language or an enabled NDI output's composed video/audio separately for compatible TVs.

Choose the interpretation source for each meeting; combine speakers in the venue mixer or virtual platform. Test the audio route and destination before the event. Google Cast needs compatible devices and network access; video casting adds delay and screens are not synchronized. Microphone placement and feedback guidance.

The small controls make a big difference live.

Ask AI for help, with real app context.

Aware AI Help finds guidance from the app's help. Aware AI Troubleshooting can use an optional, filtered excerpt of recent app logs to surface relevant diagnostic messages alongside that guidance. Log sharing is off by default; you decide what to change.

Keep the room connected through the break.

Smart Break pauses interpretation and passes the room's original audio to language outputs. Auto-Level helps keep volume consistent across language routes and interpreter changes.

Explore the in-room workflow

Choose how each language is delivered.

Run AI for one language and a human interpreter for another. Give your interpreters a web booth, and offer your audience phone listening, an embedded player or headset receivers to suit the event.

Explore human interpretation options

Take evidence into your next meeting.

Review language-by-language delay and corrections with The Honest Report. Measured and estimated results are labelled, and the 12-second target is a reference for review, not a promised end-to-end listener delay.

Sources, scope and what to check in your demo

Reviewed 6 October 2026. Competitor entries describe the specific official pages linked here; plans, languages and event configurations can vary. Ask each provider to demonstrate the workflows your meeting needs.

Intravo Aware: Entries reflect the current product workflows. Aware AI Learn proposes possible corrections; operator approval does not guarantee immediate application or error-free translation. Physical outputs need compatible audio hardware. Voice reading time helps you audition voices; it is not a measurement of total meeting delay. Interpreter services and venue setup are scoped separately. The input list describes supported source choices; combining several live speakers is handled by the venue mixer or virtual platform. Google Cast requires compatible TVs and network access; video casting adds playback delay and does not synchronize screens. NDI and network outputs require a compatible production destination.
