What counts as an hour?

The time interpretation is actually running. Smart Break stops the meter during breaks, and booths opened early for a sound check don’t bill idle interpretation time.

Are all 60 languages really included?

Yes. One hourly rate covers every language you switch on for the meeting, from one to all 60.

Can we add human interpreters?

Yes. Any language can run as a human interpreter, or as a human with the AI Safety Net underneath. The web booth is part of Intravo. If you need the interpreters too, our partner network has thousands of professionals across every major language. Ask us for a quote.

Does the custom vocabulary cost extra?

No. Our team builds your vocabulary for your company, complimentary: drug names, protocol numbers, product names and people. You can edit it anytime in the portal.

What do we need to run it?

A Windows 10 or 11 PC and your room audio: the AV desk feed, any audio interface, or the computer’s own audio. Headset receivers are optional; each language can have its own output.

Do attendees have to install anything?

No. They scan the QR code and listen in their browser. They can use the iPhone or Android app if they prefer, pick up a headset receiver, or listen inside your webcast.

Where does our data live?

Audio recordings stay on the operator’s machine. Transcripts and session logs go to your own portal to build The Honest Report — or nowhere, with a BAA, and BAA mode also stores no attendee details at all. Attendee details are otherwise encrypted. See Security for more.
