Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between your organization ("Customer", "you") and Intravo Corp ("Intravo", "we", "us"). By downloading our software, accessing our portals, or running meetings via our interpretation engine, you agree to these Terms.

2. Software License & Operating Requirements

Intravo grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and execute the code-signed Intravo operator application on computers running supported operating systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11).

• The software is code-signed with an Extended Validation (EV) certificate issued to Intravo Corp.
• The application includes self-updating capabilities designed to maintain current security patches and feature parity.
• The operator software is engineered to maintain session continuity and ride through intermittent network disconnections without terminating live meetings.

3. Hourly Metering & Smart Break

Interpretation usage is billed under our straightforward hourly structure:

• One hourly rate: Billed at the standard rate of [PRICE]/hr. All 60 available languages are included with no additional per-language surcharge.
• Smart Break metering: When the operator activates Smart Break, live interpretation synthesis and billing immediately pause while room audio continues flowing to all attendee channels. The sentence in progress finishes before the pause takes effect.
• Preflight booths: Independent interpreter web booths may be opened prior to the session for technical sound checks without initiating interpretation metering charges.

4. Free Trial Terms

Intravo offers eligible organizations a 60-minute complimentary trial of the complete software platform:

• The trial includes full access to all 60 languages and features on Windows 10 and 11.
• No credit card or payment authorization is required to initiate the trial.
• Trial time is measured in live active interpretation minutes. Following the conclusion of 60 live minutes, paid licensing is required to continue live sessions.

5. Custom Vocabulary & Preload Decks

To ensure high accuracy for specialized terminology, Intravo provides complimentary custom vocabulary compilation:

• Customer slide decks and documents provided for Aware AI Preload remain the exclusive property of Customer.
• Preload decks are processed solely to identify specialized drug names, acronyms, and proper names for the designated meeting session.
• Custom vocabulary terms may be reviewed, edited, or deleted by Customer at any time through the customer portal.

6. Acceptable Use & Speaker Consent

Customer agrees not to use the Intravo platform for unlawful purposes. Specifically:

• Where Voice Preservation is used, Customer must ensure that enrolled speakers have provided express consent prior to reading enrollment scripts. Enrolling speakers from unauthorized recordings is strictly prohibited and technically blocked.
• Customer shall not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source algorithms from the code-signed Windows application.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Intravo interpretation services are provided to assist real-time human communication. While Intravo Aware utilizes adaptive pacing and self-correcting mechanisms to target a 12-second latency behind speakers, automated language interpretation inherently carries probabilistic limitations. Customers requiring certified legal or sworn courtroom transcription must evaluate suitability for their statutory jurisdiction.
